Ni potrebno, da je kak\u0161no posebno praznovanje, da se ga pripravi; najbolje pa je ob nedeljah, saj je ve\u010d \u010dasa. Najprej\u00a0je potrebno nabaviti meso: drobovino (pri\u017eeljc, klobase, krvavice, \u010drevo in ledvi\u010dka) in zna\u010dilne argentinske kose mesa: bife de chorizo, asado de costilla, vac\u00edo, ojo de bife in seveda lomo (plu\u010dna pe\u010denka).<\/p>\n<p>Najbolje je, \u010de se ogenj zakuri z trdim lesom quebracho, saj je zelo di\u0161e\u010d in se \u017ege po\u010dasi. Potrebno pa je po\u010dakati kak\u0161no uro, da se drva spremenijo v \u017eerjavico. Med tem se pije vino in oku\u0161a empanade. Velika skrivnost dobro pripravljenega asada je, da se meso pe\u010de z lastno notranjo toploto.
